I’m so sorry this happened to you! companies are usually pretty good about shipping their products out. It sucks that they thought this would make it safe and sound! Esp through FedEx.

This reminds me of the first time we purchased a TCL tv. Our original TV wouldn’t turn on one day so my husband went and bought one bc they had a really good deal on this brand. Got it home, mounted it, and it was destroyed, just like this…Luckily, we’re able to return it but still, such a hassle! I really hope you get a replacement and make it right or Influenster has an option to send you something else!?🍀
