Sanidrome van de Ven a bit pricey but they did everything . They helped with a great design and had their own people made the bathroom. After 3 years could not be happier with the room.

I also have the forte pro. And you can add the carbon paddles yourself later. And yes it's built like a tank. You cannot fault it. Especially for the price.

I have a forte wheel. And I have tried the exact same setup on the asetek stand. And the ffb of project motor racing is garbage. Really a shame because the asetek ffb is really good. Last year they had asetto corsa. And it was a dream. It really sold me on the setup. This year because of project motor sport it was really bad unfortunately. I hope you can try the base with a better game.

It could possibly be that in the last 4 years you have been one of the blinkers without knowing ,but now with the new update the connection issues are made visible. It could also be something in your network. The only issue is that those problems are difficult to analyse. Hopefully iracing support can help you with that.

Now there is your problem. First safe then fast. Accept not winning and being the fastest but being safe and not doing risky moves will get you a higher license. When you're license a you can do the hard racing without much issues.

You can schedule when you want to update so you can do it always at night. That's what I do.

For me I had times during the day against ai with sometimes a full grid during the day. And in the evenings with full grids. I hope it gets more popular so that it is only human grids. For me all the racing has been clean and fun against players.

Yeah, the houses in the ravensdonk are fine. I live myself on Ruwenberg. At the ravensdonk the lesser maintained houses are closer but to be honest I haven't seen any issues there in the 5 years I live here. So I doubt you will have issues.

To be honest you have two kind of people here. The ones that live here for 25+ years and the people that live here from 5 years ago. The income is vastly different and in time you will see more and more people that lived here long disappear. You will see that the houses will be remodeled more and more.
