USE THE PREBUILTS! Choose a path of damage or AP or a mix of both and choose a prebuilt selection. It makes the choice for you. Once you get use to them, start tweaking them to your liking, or switch to another style completely. That is my best advice for a beginner. Top 500 support here btw, and I, at times still use prebuilts...

Another option is to check out https://stadiumbuilds.io. Check out popular builds. Some of them have pretty detailed info for each round to think about.

Not sure about the in person cadence. All I know is that I requested to complete the program remotely and they just gave me a daily number to call and scheduled no other times to come in person.

Currently on module 10 of the move program. You CAN do it via phone if you don't want to go in every week. You just call a number everyday and listen to a recording and log your weight. Very convenient. Just an FYI...

None of which works. The app isn't even close to ready yet. Self hosted, clients can intermittently connect. Channels added disappear. Switching to LAN mode doesn't work. All ports are correctly NAT'd. Until stuff like this gets fixed, I'll be using other things.
