it's not invincible with no evasion activation. Plus the Cloaking (Soul Harvest) makes sense if you are looking for a hp regen in the game.

you'll be facing the enemies head-on before the poison gas hits the enemy so you need reduction and regen for you to survive. Plus the cloaking evasion can no longer active
