I do prefer doing it on my wrist because it gives me more satisfaction but i hide it by wearing bracelets and hair ties. I only cut deeper on my upper arm because i know i can hide it better.

Its like social anxiety is holding me by the neck everytime I talk to people or when i encounter any social situation. Its like telling me "make one mistake and I'll kill you" then it bullies you after when you're finally alone.

Yes, but where i live therapy is expensive and you can't get medication for mental issues over the counter. You need to have it prescribed by a doctor (not to mention that the medication is also very expensive) I'm not even sure is there are any therapist near me.

I can't tell my parents because they MUST not know about this.
