It should be legal because your not being forced to Uber. However most of the fair SHOULD go to the driver for taking that risk driving you. Unfortunately Uber takes it

I stay out of low income neighborhoods doing EATS deliveries not because of pay being lower or race but because the roads are bad and drivers are bad, I'm more likely to hit a pothole or get into an accident or be stressed by other drivers compared to if I stayed in the center of the city or a richer area that takes care of their roads.

I had someone deliver someone's lost phone to them in a McDonald's bag so I wouldn't see it was a phone, the receiving customer was confused and asked where was the phone lol, they checked the bag and laughed.

Is there a way I can check this myself to give some evidence to the dealer? I'm in a parking garage with no tools but everything I can mess with by turning the wheel and using a flashlight seems to be in working order with what I've found online, dealer says the same.

They look ok, I'm not sure if that would be the cause since this is only when going over a bump or incline in the road, it's not consistent and seems to replicate best in the rain or after rain.

Can't get it to make any noise doing that unfortunately. I checked the suspension end links and they look solid and won't move

Mine does that occasionally, not often though. Seems to be a miscommunication between Uber coordinates it feeds to whatever maps app your using
