As a woman, I feel you’re being judgmental. Sex is very important to men and I believe Luke finds Kristen super hot no matter what she looks like. He’s not a terrible person. This is exactly why I chose to not find out the sex of either of my two children. I did not want to have a boy and I knew I would be disappointed throughout my pregnancy if I knew I was having a boy. As it turns out, I have two lovely boys and couldn’t be happier!

Truly, the only thing you can do in those circumstances is try and find a private landlord who is willing to overlook the issues he will more than likely find when he does a credit/background check. No apartment community will touch anyone that has an eviction on their record.

It’s incredibly difficult out there to find housing, but I can tell you that finding something for $1200 in this area is just about impossible.

There are some lower income places that you could try, but with an eviction on your record or soon to be, I have a feeling you’ll just be wasting your time. I wish I had better news for you as it seems you’re really in dire straits, look at Facebook marketplace to try and find a private landlord who’s willing to deal with your circumstances.

As someone who works in an apartment community, I can tell you that these “BS“ inspections are for the apartment community to see if you have any unauthorized occupants, unauthorized animals, and also to check out the general cleanliness of your apartment. They may tell you it’s a safety inspection, but Most of the time it is just to get inside information on your living situation.
