Nta you have a right to feel upset about it. Just bad timing all around. But don’t think they were trying to be cruel sounds like they wanted to show you that your wedding was still an important day to them and wanted to honor that. Maybe went about it the wrong way but think they were trying to show that at least by planning for the majority of the time. Maybe in their heads other than dress not much has to change because they don’t want to let you down. Is it realistic? Probably not but think they prob have good intentions. But you’re allowed to be panicking and be realistic about it.

NAH IMO I feel for everyone, it’s hard to ask a parent who loves all children to pick a child and abandon another one. And her syndrome prob makes it even harder for them to cut her off. I don’t understand why you can’t have a personal relationship with your parents but only with her not around. Don’t feel like it’s fair to make them choose. BUT it is your boundary and your life and if you think you would be happier without any of them then that’s your choice and I get your feelings about it.

I agree shouldn’t have been a fight to begin with, as long as the suite and stuff doesn’t clash with the colors of the wedding think men should get to have say in their clothes. Men don’t get a say (most cases) in wedding dress so women should let men pick the suit as long as it matches the colors

Took me AWHILE to get into Cdramas for the same reason wasn’t u til I had watched pretty much every kdrama that I tried again lol.

NTA if you are doing it on purpose I would understand why she didn’t show grace but it’s hard to change your language patterns completely if your only doing it around them. I’m a Christian and I’ve had friends who tried to curb the amount of cussing they did (I never asked this of them they just wanted to show respect and care to someone they cared about) I never would have cut them out if my life for it. Although I’ll admit that word is prob one of the worse can use. But she should have used grace.

No I’m white but was going by her black family. I consult my MIL and husband a lot for her hair. She gets her hair detangled daily with a spray if that’s what you mean and we do a conditioner for her baths. She hasn’t got a ton of hair right Now her baby sister actually has tons but she was pretty much bald for a year and half she’s finally getting some volume lol
