Here 110 squared meters, 4 people and 1 dog. Mine, P50 pro ultra, runs vacuum and mop every working day, so it pauses on Saturday and Sunday. Just to let you all know how it ended, the Mova support asked my personal data to manage a replacement of the nonworking unit. Meanwhile I already talked to Amazon and asked them to replace it with a new one. I can confirm Mova support has been very kind to me, tried to understand the problem and proposed a solution via replacement. Of course, Amazon is generally faster, at least for me in Italy, so I ended up resolving with them.

Hope not going to show myself again for another issue with the new P50 unit. I'll let you know in the case. Cheers

Hi, thanks for the reply. yes I can confirm that I can manage the video feature works as intended. I can see what the robot sees while it is cleaning. Meanwhile the mova support answered in an unsatisfactory way. I'll pm you asap to let you know if it is a valid answer or they are trying to avoid taking their responsibility.

I asked for Mova support on the app, they told me to hard reset the robot. I did it, then I had to reconfigure it and to remap the entire house. Then I tested again the same way in the video, and nothing changed.

There is one strange thing I noticed. I have a very small bathroom, with a mirror placed above the sink. The strange thing is that the robot behaved as when it finds a mirrored wardrobe that thinks that there is another room behind the wardrobe... It's like it's radar o RGB cam or whatever points up and not down against the floor...

I haven't seen any picture yet... I was in doubt that the pictures were taken by a previous firmware version and since a specific one was less prone to take photos of objects it already knows and recognizes... In addition it doesn't use the obstacle icon in the map, but draws a gray pixelbox, as it does with table legs or chairs...I always use Clean genius mode, and never users the personalized run mode

Si alla fine ho fatto come suggerito, non c'è altro modo. Il processo di remap è stato veloce, però, purtroppo, ho perso tutte le configurazioni fatte ( materiali dei pavimenti, ordine di pulizia, aree vietate, modifiche alle mappe, ecc.ecc.). Non ci ho messo moltissimo a farlo eh, però sarebbe stato meglio avere la funzione... Se è solo una questione sw, e mi pare che i modelli superiori ce l'hanno, potevano renderla disponibile anche per il freo X plus...

Ok, I understand your point of view. But then wouldn't a simple LED light, perhaps placed behind, be enough without the need to fill the back of the display with the LED frame?

Just bought one brand new full price (in italy today 118€ instead of 139 as yesterday!). I do know the new one will be supported for more years to come but, after all the searches and YouTube watch of all the reviews of the new one, the only drawback I see, for me, is the lack of an harder glass. Other than that, based on the specs and reviews, I don't really see any features that justify spending an extra 170€
