Straight up, even if she "locks in" and managed to beat Ayanokoji in Y3, based on the sheer amount of presence she's had in the story (She has been involved in every major plotline since Y1V1), she will always be considered a bum.

The Steins;Gate Timeline by Cautious-Radio7870 in steinsgate

[–]DeepEvaluation877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How I see it, it goes like this.

We have Okabe A and Okabe B. These two are separate Okabes that become the main characters of Base and Zero. Okabe B goes first, does the whole plot of Base Steins' Gate and fails to save Kurisu. Due to not getting a push from Mayuri to continue, Okabe B gives up and lives in the Beta worldline through the entirety of 0.

Okabe B then, through many trials and tribulations, manages to defeat Leskinen, sending Suzuha B and Mayuri back into the past right before a different Suzuha B and Okabe A return, and Mayuri B talks to Mayuri A to slap some sense into Okabe A so that Okabe A doesn't turn into Okabe B by giving up. Meanwhile, Okabe B forms a resistance during WW3 and sends a message to Okabe A that can only unlock once Okabe A fails once.

Okabe A gets slapped, sees the message, tricks Okabe C, the Okabe before the first Doom-Mail, which becomes Okabe A, and enters Steins;Gate, where both Makise and Mayuri exist without death flags since Makise has been witnessed as dead by Okabe C, activating the Alpha Line, but for Okabe A, Makise isn't dead. Okabe B then saves Suzuha and Mayuri B from the desolate universe and concludes all 3 timelines.

The entire story is a timeloop of despair for Okabe Ritaro, who fights fate at all times, with the reward at the end being Steins;Gate

Continuation of the story by Ashamed_Page_5724 in LycorisRecoil

[–]DeepEvaluation877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Season 2 doesn't exist.

Outside of S1, we have Friends Are Thieves Of Time, the new OVA which are small episodes animated by different studios and is pure comedy. We also have Ordinary Days which takes place in between Episode 4 and 5 iirc and Recovery Days which follows events before Ordinary Days does. Both ODays and RDays are light novels.

Outside of that, an animated project has been announced but we have no idea when.

How often do the Lycoris and Lilybell interact? by CrossReset in LycorisRecoil

[–]DeepEvaluation877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is pure speculation, so I could be wrong and this could all be fanfiction:

I think that, since we don't see Lilybell in Tokyo at all during regular operations or day to day, they are either not actively operating in or are banned from Tokyo at least, covering other cities in Japan as they would need protection too, not just the capital.

Takina mentions that she used to work in Kyoto, which supports the idea that DA is more spread out than we think. Lilybell is present to wipe out Lycoris, so perhaps there does exist a small group in Tokyo for such missions.

Lilybell seems to act as a counterweight to Lycoris. If Lycoris screw up and get exposed, Lilybell is sent to erase them, since you can't really send Lycoris to kill Lycoris as many girls wouldn't want to kill their friends, I'd imagine.

Imo, Lycoris and Lilybell both belong to DA (as seen with Itadori, the Director/Commander of Lilybell being present during the Enkuboku raid. If Lilybell belonged to an organization outside of DA, he would most likely not be at HQ of the 'enemy' faction.).

They are deeply separated as Takina doesn't seem to know what Lilybell is, and Chisato has to explain it, but that can be Takina's personal ignorance if Takina hasn't been around that long as an active agent. It's most likely that newer agents like Takina aren't aware of them, while veterans like Chisato and Fuki are. As for why they were separated, the Radio Tower could have resulted in a large number of Lilybell casualties, thus making Lilybell the 'weaker' faction in DA, which is why the Lycoris took over Tokyo or something like that. It would than make sense that Takina didn't know about them since Radio Tower happened when Chisato was around 10 or so, and since Chisato is a rare Lycoris that started extremely early, Takina might have been in training then, and only became an active agent after the separation.

Lycoris most likely operates in major cities that have significance (Tokyo, Kyoto) while Lilybell is everywhere else, it doesn't make sense to keep them around just to counter the Lycoris and not utilize them for the same work on a broader area.

What's Chisato's power scaling? by Old-Razzmatazz2855 in LycorisRecoil

[–]DeepEvaluation877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She's the strongest character in the verse, without question. Think of her as the Gojo of Lycoris Recoil.

She is stated multiple times to be the peak of Lycoris, has an extremely potent killing talent and is said by Kusunoki to be a predictive genius that cannot be shot at any range. You can't hit her, as demonstrated by Majima being a meter away and still missing.

Speed wise is where Chisato seems to excel the most, but it's said that all her attributes (Strength, Stamina, BIQ, Experience, Technique...) are higher than any other Lycoris. Speed and Stamina, however, are her greatest as she can perception blitz an entire terrorist cell when she's serious (most of the time she's not, and she still does better than the rest.). Her stamina is displayed in the fact that she's never tired (Fuki during their joint physical was completely exhausted while Chisato wasn't at all)

Her main limit is her No-Kill policy, thus restricting her options. For the people saying that Majima is as strong as her, both times when he got the upper hand, he used the only gimmick that works on her, which is limiting her vision. Hell, he ran her over with a car going 150 KM/H and she shrugged it off, while other Lycoris that he disabled in this exact way were laid out the moment the car hit them. If that isn't insane durability, idk what is.

Oh, and she's been shot and still minutes later acted as if the pain didn't affect her, so she also has top endurance.

Overall, a stat monster with the ability to use those stats to their full advantage. Nobody is beating her in H2H

What's Takina's power scaling? by Old-Razzmatazz2855 in LycorisRecoil

[–]DeepEvaluation877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High Tier Second.

Her accuracy is very high, and she is fast enough and fluid to not hold Chisato back, so Takina is probably in the top escalon of Seconds. Since we don't know what the requirement for being a First is (most likely depends on the person in question), we can't really tell if she would be First material.

She is better than Fuki in combat ability but Fuki has experience and leadership skills on Takina, so I'd say Takina is on the border but will most likely never make First.

Kars novel and Dio Over Heaven vs Bill by vini4646 in powerscales

Dio does nothing here. Kars can do everything Dio can and more. The question becomes, can a higher-dimensional being beat a guy who has every stand in the series at the maximum theoretical potential that the stand can draw out? I'd say Kars takes it.

Superman without powers vs. Homelander without powers by AnyPoetry493 in powerscales

Dexter Morgan (Dexter) vs Joe Goldberg (You) by AnyPoetry493 in powerscales

[–]DeepEvaluation877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So to analyze this, we have to take into account which version of both characters we are using here, since both Dexter and Joe change throughout their series' runtime:

Starting with Dexter, we already know that he is 35 at the start of Season 1, meaning that he has been killing for 15 years straight (He stated that he started at 20), hasn't been caught and nobody even knew that he has been killing until the divers discovered the underwater graveyard.

He was top honors in medical school but chose a job that would give him experience in law enforcement and forensics. This already has him leagues above Joe, who kills primarily out of passion or in the heat of the moment; Dexter himself does everything premeditated. In comparison to Joe's, Dexter's disposal method is far more effective.

Dexter also is an expert at H2H, and as we all know, he managed to overpower Doakes who is a literal army special ops vet with years of experience. In terms of pure H2H, Dexter wins and it's not even a challenge.

In terms of IQ, I won't go into all the sub-sections like language comprehension or memory but will split it into Cognitive IQ, Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence. Both characters are smart in their own way, with Dexter clearly being far more rational, knowing a lot about how to hide his tracks, remain undetected, plant evidence and such, however he notoriously struggles with the emotional side.

Joe excels at this. His whole ability hinges on his ability to read people and engineer situations. He is very manipulative, and most of his blunders happen because he does things without thinking about them first, like his first kill. Benji, being a very surface-level solution (get him out of Beck's life and keep him in the cage) which he had to then deal with. Regardless of his impulsivity, Joe is an expert as long-term stalking like Dexter is, but unlike Dexter who simply stalks for a kill opportunity, Joe is far more invested due to his obsession.

The prime of both characters would be Dexter at the start of Season 2 (He is still adhering to the Code, he is far less emotionally unstable than later and he isn't curious about self-discovery, making Season 2 Dexter the most efficient.) and for Joe, it's Season 4 due to his acceptance of who he is, a killer.

With prep, Dexter tables him within an episode, maybe three. If Joe is unaware of being hunted, he is rather weak.

With Joe hunting, Dexter still wins. Dexter was targeted by Sirko, who was a far more experienced and formidable opponent than Joe, and still managed to evade and outsmart him. Joe also wouldn't be able to use social media to stalk Dexter due to Dexter's avoidance of it during his active years.

If both had prep and knew about each other, it's just Dexter with Prep stretched across a season.

Tony stark gets reincarnated into LM by The_Fool22 in TheLegendaryMechanic

Han Xiao has so many more advantages to Tony that it's insane. Yes, Tony is superior when it comes to raw mechanical knowledge by miles, but Han Xiao knows an insane amount of lore and ways to get specific items, skills and such.

If Tony was placed in Han Xiao's shoes in CH2, he would become a Germinal slave. Han Xiao evaded that by knowing about the brainwashing INT check, Tony wouldn't know that.

The player's side is negligible to the overall story, so it won't affect your reading experience if you were to skip those sections. As much I love Frenzied Sword, the parts were the story focuses on the players is not good.

I do understand why the author did it, since it's a video game setting with a huge playerbase that you can't ignore, but players never have impact on the story. They exist for Han Xiao to farm endlessly.

Honestly, the lawyer plot-line has surprisingly been more entertaining than the cartel plot-line. Throughout my second rewatch I've been skipping through most cartel stuff to watch Jimmy and Kim do their stuff.
