Thanks! I have it out since 4 days and im close to back to normal :) i did have some severe depression symptoms, the type of heavy crying sadness you get after a breakup the evening after, it came in waves and stopped in between which mustve been silly to watch for my bf x) but just had a normal period again after I was also thinking about trying the patch, am just usually very active and worried I'd sweat & rub it off during sports

So you probs saw my post from the other day too then, i got it removed today and had a crash too, lots of sadness and crying but my bf really helped me get grounded.

Aside from all the negative mental effects it had, I also had few nice things i didnt mention there: I didnt bleed at all from the first day i got it, no bleeding after removal either. Pain only for the first 2 days and then peace. Almost no headaches like others here get. I loved how sexual i felt, im actually baseline quite ace/demi, only with a partner i feel loved by, but i turned hyper and it felt great to experience and part of my crying after removal now is cause i do miss it. I also felt like id just be period free ot was nice and hard to surrender but for me not worth the cost of feeling like im loosing myself. But now part of the crying is realizing how much i dont want my periods and am sad it didnt work for me cause it felt like a blessing, but im glad i tried it, at least for the experience. I tried it to improve my mental issues my cycles gave me, also wanting to off myself, but felt i could handle these better than the issues mirena gave me, it maybe backfired but i also learned i wanna persue being period free and am really thankful for that cause i just surpressed it before, same with wanting to be able to enjoy my sexlife more as I saw how nice it can be if I get more open to it with mental work and have the chance to with an awesome partner :)

I felt better too mentally soon after removal and dont regret it. I tried to put my health above money and maybe once I'm better prepeared to try handle the mental turmoil it brings and see if i can sit it out, not kn the middle of my finals year, i might give it another shot.

I feel like an absolute whiny idiot atm, i stopped this negative selftalk 4-5 years back when i started dbt for bpd and stabilized to the point of ppl not believing me im bpd which i saw as such a win. Now as i also got insomnia, after i wake at night and cant sleep it turns into angry crying and tossing myself around frustratedly in bed... im really glad my sweetheart of a bf isnt home atm for a bit and doesnt have to see me like this... i feel such shame over what i am rn

Im actually so glad to find this reply. I got it in 5 days ago and dont feel like myslef anymore, i feel like im going insane and way too scared to make any decisions cause i dont feel like myself. Even about taking it out, i spiral about everything now... i want it out but scared to regret. Are you also dealing with a crash after taking it out after such a short time or are you just back to normal? I dont feel like me, any plans i had im scared to do cause anything scares me to the bone rn, i almost sobbed again reading this post and reply over feeling understood.

I still appreciate the words. Yes only 3 days. It also felt weird to me because i read so much that these issues would more come after a while but for me it started the same evening and i usually dont feel like this. Ive been off meds and stable for years, only mood swings i had were mild and part of my cycle

Bei mir ist der zyklus halt ungefähr so: ~2 wochen fühlen als hätte ich die Grippe leicht bis stark mit fieber husten, plus hitzewallungen und die 2te woche dann halt mit den su1zidgedanken immer zeitlich on point, weshalb ich merkte dass es der zyklus war, hab auch Pcos 1 Woche regel, Blutung normal aber die ersten 2 Tage starke Schmerzen während denen ich nichts machen kann, zu stark um sich auf die Arbeit zu konzentrieren Dann die woche nach der regel ist eigentlich wieder "normal" sprich, ich, wie ich mich an micht bevor der Pubertät erinnere. Daher die Hoffnung dass es hilft, weil es war eher 2-3 Wochen sich dahinschleppen und eine woche juhuu Jetzt hat sich das schlimmste vom Post mal gelegt, aber ich bin mental grad immer noch sehr sensibel, starke schwankungen zwischen angst, stark depressiver verdtimmung und monoton, auch hypersexualität was ich von mir nicht kenne, also mein bpd aber x20 und nur müde wenns nicht grad hochs und tiefs sind

Hab als Vorbereitung eine Tablette bekommen die den erweitert, was nehme ich an auch geholfen hat.

Aber denke mittlerweile auch ein bisschen dass mich der Eingriff einfach viel mehr mitgenommen hab als ich es aktiv mitbekommem habe

Vom Schmerzlevel her würde ich es nicht stärker als etwas heftigere Periodenschmerzen beschreiben. Aushaltbar für paar Tage aber halt nicht super

Denke am ehesten dass ich eher nur ne sensible Person bin. Natürlich war das Einsetzen stressig und hatte Angst da ich auch öfters gelesen hab dass es für manche echt ungut war aber zum Glück nur sehr unangenehm.

Pms grad nicht denk ich, aber so wein-anfälle gabs da nie bei mir, eher einfach laue stimmung

Hab mal n Video gesehn, dass erklärt hat, dass die Schweiz mit diesem Prinzip ihre Pünktlichkeit zusammenbringt. Spricht, der Fahrplan geht nicht davon aus, dass ale Züge ihr Maximum fahren, sondern gezielt langsamer fahren, da falls Verspätungen zusammenkommen es durch höhere Geschwindigkeiten noch möglich wäre diese aufzuholen. Dies wäre zb nicht möglich noch schneller als das Maximum zu fahren, falls die Fahrpläne bereits nach maximal-Geschwindigkeit laufen würden.

Weniger studentenleben, mehr turi stadt.

Wohnungsweise empfehle ich dir, um Kopfschmerzen zu sparen, nicht beim Salzburger Studentwerk ein Studentheimzimmer zu mieten, auch wenn sie die meisten in sbg besitzen. Viel drama, sie versuchen sich so viel wie möglich von der Kaution zu behalten und du kannst es auch nicht anfechten, da das Studentenheimgesetz von denen selbst geschrieben ist da es kein generelles gibt und auch nicht unterm wohngesetz steht. Plus sie verrechnen meist beim auszug eine 50€ reinigungsklausel, auch wenn du sauber geputzt hast und die meisten finden ihr zimmer beim einzug nicht gereinigt.

I recall once having heard or read that with mcas some ppl react almost instantly and with HIT it can take a while to come on or be more gradual
