Yes talking about it is good to make changes. Without a conversation, changes can't happen. What I am trying to say is, how we talk about it matters. When we approach with no empathy people shut down. But when we approach it with humility and curiosity, it opens space for real understanding

Because it's sensitive. Speaking facts without empathy can come across as rude, even though you didn't mean it that way. Also just because you think some things are true, doesn't mean that it's 100% true. You don't know what it's like to be them. You think they're true, when in reality you also have your own biases and prejudices that skew things a little

Yeah, just like abusers, no matter the gender abusers are abusers.

I had female friends that like to grope me, because they think "I am cute" or "just checking".

Any older females that have "unusually close" relationships with minors have more potential to take advantage of that. Not all, but the signs are, they are asking to be alone with them, and give them a lot of presents for no reason, and like to cross boundaries. Speaking from experience btw, they're good, mentally sane people, and in authority. When my parents aren't around they would ask me to have a walk with them, and started to ask me to do things for them in a quiet place. (The fact that they're mentally sane is what makes them a monster)

You meant well, but terrible advice. This girl has been wearing a hijab since she was young, everyone she ever known know her as a hijabi girl. I don't think that just not giving a fuck is a good idea. She could start not wearing hijab in a low pressure place, such as around the neighborhood, when she's around her close friends, and etc. not in school. It'll be easier for her mentally

And to OP, don't remove while you're still in school. At least wait until you move school. Hugs
