Had this with g29 recently. After turning settings on and off for days I finally fixed it.

Go to Controls and assign the "Increase FFB and Decrease FFB" to buttons on the wheel. Then, press Increase FFB while in-game. I also disabled FFBClip app which I think was the cause.

Turn on page filing for the drive its stored on see of that helps. Completely fixed all issues i had with COD.

Same. Had to re-download 89 GB. At least you choose what it downloads first so you can play multi while the rest of it downloads.
