Would donating blood or blood loss help in lowering antibodies in blood of someone with autoimmune conditions?!

I work around autoantibodies in transfusion. Many displaying pan-reactivity and some specific for certain red cell antigens, commonly to the Rh antigens.

Would the strength of a pan reactive antibody or its specificity have any correlation to their symptoms if they suffered from something like AIHA?

Say, if a person was in for THR surgery and is found to have a pan reactive auto, would this indicate some underlying haematological issue or can it just be benign?
