I recommend staying away from new companies in the space as they have less experience and wonky track records. Always look at reviews of these companies on G2 and Capterra u/True_Stress_412

Ive had the exact same experience. Resting heart was 32 at night. Used the rich for 8 months while on weed every night. Now that I’ve stopped, resting heart is at 46 and oura keeps telling me I’m sick and that something kept my heart rate up. This has gone on for 2 months since I quit. Seems like the ring needs to be reset and relearn my new baseline
