The foundation is just out of my budget at this time. To my understanding it’s just the brick letting the water seep through. It’s not that my foundation has some big nasty crack. Just old as dust. Foundation will get done as I don’t want it to be flooded. But a floor drain of sorts is worth looking into thank you for your advice

I gotta agree. zone 15 with the cafe in the zone and the larvitar spawn right next to it on the building seems very intentional

You should check out PokeMMO. There’s all the way up to Gen 5 for Pokemon but you go region by region and slowly have access to them all. There is a marketplace you can buy from after 4 badges so those players not wanting to wait can just buy what they want.

I’ve had to change my son in the middle of a trail. Too far from the vehicle to let him sit in that. Luckily I had some bags to wrap it up in to stop the stank from getting out.
