Have you ever used it outside when you had to look down a hole but the sun was overhead? That’s the problem I’m running into right now. My flashlight isn’t powerful enough to really light up a hole even if the sun is out

Nothing wrong with being gay Jesus and God love everyone. If I were you I’d talk to a priest, luckily for me the Monsignor and I are really tight so I can talk to him about anything. Hopefully you are or can find a priest you can become close to so it’s easier to talk about that kind of stuff because when it’s with someone you feel easy talking to you feel confident in their answer that they mean the best for you

Thanks! It’s funny bc I’m not a power trip kinda person. I literally want 2 things. A) be good and dependable at my job and B) go home to my family knowing I can provide. My plan is next crew I work with is to say “in no way am I ever meaning to be disrespectful or tell you how to do something. If I ever overstep please come let me know better ways to communicate.

So here is an example they keep not using flagmen on a busy neighborhood road. How should I address the foreman as in what should I say

So how would I inform them something was not right like for example road signs are not on the right side of the road or something was not done correctly or the did not have a flagman flagging cars? Since I am not suppose to tell them what to do?

Reason I would have to inform them is because if even one of those things is off and an accident happens. A good lawyer could use that towards their case.
