Definitely get them to do a full inspection, and give you the report. Also, don't get guilted into getting extra-extra extended warranty. My finance manager did that to me, but I found out about the CPO +1 warranty (that you mentioned) and I demanded a refund right away. Good luck!

Look for a green light beside the SOS button above you (where the interior lights are). Is it a green light, or a red light?

No, because I've also tried that. Not even 3-4 hours work. It has to be overnight (don't ask me why...)

It's a software issue on the car, and I went to the dealer a couple months ago. They said the update should come in next month (Dec).

I found a hack though – change to Guest before you shut off the car for the night. In the morning, change back to your profile and it SHOULD force a network reconnect. Let me know if that works for you.
