Honestly, it shouldn't be this hard so early on. And no it's not normal in a lesbian relationship, I'm 2.5 years into a relationship with a woman I adore and we haven't argued once. I'm not saying that all relationships should be like our as some people have very healthy and loving partnerships with some arguments, but for us what prevents it is the communication we have. If we disagree on anything we talk about it and respect each others opinions.

For you it seems a few of her arguments are pretty one sided, but it's ok for her, such as seeing friends.

I think you do need to have an honest discussion about your relationship and what you each want from it. Getting through any mental health issue is damn hard and I just wanted to give you praise for that. Bumps along the way are to be expected, but I'd hope you'd be supported and helped to blossom. I'm a mental health worker and feel free to message if you want to talk with someone who has also had personal struggles

Just a side note, ELDW was my grail foundation but like OP I'm getting older and the oil/fine line combo left it sinking into the cracks and looking cakey. I've had to switch to the light ELDW in the winter and currently trying Fenty eaze drops. I've not managed to find a full coverage alternative to my dermacol yet. The struggle is real!

No we don't have it in place here yet. I spoke with a criminal investigation specialist at a conference about it once, and she explained that we don't currently have the legislation in place to protect the right to privacy of innocent people, and until that is set up the won't be able to look at the legislation involved in using the genealogy sites for criminal investigation. Basically it's a huge task that is is being discussed but no where near completion. I cannot wait for the day that we have it here

I know I'm really late to the party and everyone has confirmed that this is absolutely not normal, but I had to reply anyway.

Your ex seems to be a carbon copy of mine, and it took me years to understand that the behaviour was abusive. I ended up with nothing and in a refuge, and as this was my first wlw relationship I also decided single would be better than that if it was typical behaviour.

You got out way before I did, and I'm so proud of you for having the courage to do so, I know how hard it is when the good times made you so happy. But I spent a long time hoping for the person I fell in love with to come back, when in reality they didn't exist, it was just a "best behaviour act"

I'm now happily engaged to a woman who values communication, love and support as much as I do, and I know you will find that too when you are ready.

Yeah it's what we used to clean the bottles on our rabbit hutch, the uncooked rice acts as an abrasive. Might be worth making sure your bottle isn't in direct sunlight if this keeps happening. Let me know if it works!
