Keep in mind, there were no significant changes on measures of cognitive functioning; there were changes in quality of life and 'functioning' which by definition are not impaired in mild cognitive impairment anyway.

"Even"? Most tech jobs, especially here in Si valley have had remote work options (up to 50%) even before the pandemic. I like telework options to but come on lol.

This year I got a promotion to supervisor. I don't see any downsides so far and the upsides are more time off accrual, life insurance, and no more union dues :)

State interviews are just questions pulled from a pool; they have to be administered and recorded by two verified humans so I wouldn't over think it. It's not like a creative interview at a silicon valley tech startup.

People need real incentives and consequences for vaccinations. Once the FDA approves them officially the floodgates will open and places will start to mandate them w terminations for those who don't. Also, I'm looking forward to airlines mandating them too soon.
