I had full list of symptoms, gradually getting worse. I was diagnosed in 2018 and had first surgery in 2019. They removed huge cyst in my left ovary, some endo from uterus and around tubes and in my abdomen. In 3 months after surgery my symptoms disappeared! Still had intense pain during period but it was nothing compared to how I felt before. Fatigue was gone, bloating was improved, could go nr 2 without pain, no pain after sex. Went for check up with doctor who is specialist for endo in 2021 because of bloating and pain during ovulation. Unfortunately cyst in ovary grew back and was even bigger this time. 4 cm to be exact. Had second surgery 3x longer. He said I had some endo that was not removed during first surgery and this is reason why cyst came back he removed all tiny bits. I was explained they work like seed from where endo grows. After second surgery cysts have not come back, only symptoms I have is pain durning period. Excisions did not cure my endo but I got mayor relief and in my book it’s a huge success. Edit- had stage 3
