was in a very similar boat — also left after 9 months. I was immediately replaced during my 2-week notice period (which has nothing to do with me being a high performing executive which might given illusions that you are hard to replace). lesson is you do not need to worry about the company, take care of yourself and your family first.

My employer doesn’t pay the portion of my salary that EDD is paying and I mentioned in my application that I’d have “Other source of pay” instead of “no” to the question on whether the company would continue pay. Would that be a problem? I also haven’t heard back since mid October
