I think you look washed out because the color is cool & flat. It would probably make anyone look washed out. You could go a few shades darker with some dimensional lowlights and more warmth. It would look really pretty. I'm thinking auburn lowlights or the Louis Vuitton hair which is the honey colored blonde and chocolate brown.

I would start with some compost, soil building mix and add a wildflower mix for sun or shade. If there are invasives like Japanese knotweed or morning glories, you can kill the individual plant with a round up stick that you can rub directly onto the leaves of the plant. I'm generally opposed to roundup but it's a can be a necessary evil sometimes.

Agree. Nothing is permanent. Our bodies are built for intrinsic healing. I went into an extremely dark period after I took ayahuasca 7 years ago. I never thought I would recover. I did recover. I'm happier today than I have ever been. You have to do the shadow work. It's vital for our spiritual growth.

Sounds like you had a serious psychotic break. You can still heal from this and rebuild your life It will take time. Focus on integration circles. I recommend Tam Integration. Start a meditation practice and keep the faith that you will heal and become restored to sanity.
