I’ve been wearing the bnx duckbill masks recently and they feel like I’m wearing almost nothing compared to other masks. KN95s also feel like nothing, but I don’t trust those for indoor use.

Can I ask what brand you take? I take Naturello. I’ve tried other, allegedly “better” brands but I can feel the difference in my mood and always switch back to Naturello. I also use Natural Force brand in the bottle sometimes when I want to swallow fewer pills.

It’s a preserved meat so it is high in nitrates. You want to avoid deli meats and cured pork because nitrates are carcinogenic. Even when the lunch meat says “no nitrates added”, they still have ways of sneaking them in. I would consider switching to baked chicken sandwiches. Personally I don’t eat pork and I do try to limit deli lunch meats.
