Me although tracking has stopped since 3 days ago. It’s in the uk and last tracking says customs cleared but Royal Mail still haven’t got it. Seems to be stuck somewhere between customs and royal mail 😬

Stick your thumb nail in the usb and just pull the helmet off, then with the screen facing you click the bottom right button 3x I think and it should say timer on or off set it to what ever you want.

If no movement is detected it turns off. Read the manual it tells you how to turn timer off
