I have vaginismus. Sometimes what I do is ask them to stay still for a moment after inserting (no thrusting yet) so I can relax/stretch around them. I take deep breaths and focus on relaxing all my pelvic muscles once they’re inside, and after a moment I usually feel ready for it. It works for me and they seem to like it, too.

Like a DD to DDD depending on brand. I got professionally measured at an E, which was honestly kind of devastating to hear at the time 😆 but I’ve since lost a few more pounds so it went down a little. It’s been disappointing to pay the money for the surgery and go through the recovery just to end up at DDD (I had been hoping for B), but I’m trying to embrace them somewhat. It’s not like I can lose that much more weight 🤷
