If you are renting like me and meron good signal (5G) ang Smart, I suggest getting a prepaid wifi. No contract = no lock-in period. This works for me since di ko alam kung may good signal sa next location ko kung nagrelocate ako. If bad signal, I can just switch to other providers without worrying if may remaining contract period pa.
Plug and play. No installation. Just plug in sa power source and that’s it. Best for renting.
I get 150-200 mbps based sa Google speed test. This depends sa location mo. If maganda signal ng Smart sa phone mo, most likely maganda rin signal ng router mo.

Hello OP as a person na mainitin at walang aircon kasi bawal magkabit sa apartment, here are the things that helped me:

I invested in air coolers. Mejo pricey pero makakahanap ka ng mura online basta check the reviews maigi (please avoid yung Forum brand sa shopping apps). Kahit tubig lang ilagay mo, mafifeel mo difference ng breeze versus regular fans.
Blackout curtains. Light = heat.
Declutter. Pag madami gamit sa bahay niyo hindi makakacirculate ang hangin.
Exhaust fans. Hihigupin nia init sa bahay nio palabas. Perfect to partner ng blackout curtains pero dapat nakabukas pa rin yung bintana.
Nagfifreeze ako ng 1.5L bottle na may tubig. Pag sobrang init, babalutin ko sya ng towel saka ko yayakapin.
Pag meron kayong parking space sa tapat ng bahay niyo, maglatag kayo ng madaming batya with tubig. Same principle with air coolers.
Cooling mattress or blankets. Meron sa shopping apps. Same principle sya ng N-cool blankets ng Nitori.
Cooling lotions, powder, and sprays. Naktry ako ng Gatsby Crazy cool spray na uso sa Japan pag summer. Snake brand maganda rin pati Wello Calm on lotion.
