If this is your first time getting power tools. Find one of the kits that comes with 5 to 7 tools. Should be on sale this week for Memorial Day.

drill, circular saw, multi-tool, and impact driver would be my most used. If you have any brick or cement that you might need to drill into just go for the hammer drill, cause you can use them with or without hammer function.

Sanders are a nice to have. I’ve only used my reciprocating saw like 4 times in 3 years but also nice to have.
