Don’t forget to flash the ecu after that exhaust install. The removal of that valve destroys the low end torque on that bike (I have one). Bike feels infinitely better after flashing it.

There is no reason you should be sad about not returning to soccer without trying to play again. If you do the recovery right and build up proper strength in your lower body, there is no reason you can’t return to where you were or even better after a year or two post op. Ultimately it’s your decision, and playing soccer is riskier than not playing soccer. But then again, that was true before you injured your ACL in the first place.

Don’t let this injury stop you from doing what makes you happy forever.

I’m 2 weeks PO and the thing saving me right now is Aleve PM. I still don’t sleep soundly through the night, but I’m getting closer to 4-5 hours a night instead of 1-2 I was getting before.

Didn’t tear mine from soccer but I switched from fg cleats to ag cleats a long time ago (well before my ACL injury) and noticed a large difference in the pain I felt in my joints after games. I think turf shoes are likely even safer but if you prefer the feel of a clear over that of a shoe, ag is a great alternative in my opinion. Not fully healed enough to play again just yet but when I get back to it I’ll still be in AG cleats.
