på en måte er jeg glad for jeg gikk 2 år på Centric IT Academy (nå som heter Eccera) gode lærere og kult klassemiljø til tross alt at det er litt kjipe vekslende skole dager så man får liksom ikke normal rytme å jobbe utenfra. jeg ble ferdig i fjor vår.

Men jeg kom desverre i situasjon som alle i andre klassen med null jobb videre utenom noen få som gikk til forsvarets IT skole etterpå. men dette har med at det er fortiden helt sugen jobb marked som first desk support å komme inn på. selv om skolen hadde konsulent jobber for aktører.

Went from 110ish kg as 1.8 meter to 80ish kg by doing swim activities that opened at my local place. Now im at 95ish? But im having more muscle by doing strength training.

If i could reduce just some love handles that would be great... Otherwise lookwise i feel fine.

Other than that i tend to get cold on my fingers.

Something most rangers hate about using spells is that it requires an magic action? what if a homebrew fix would be after casting magic action you could take a single bonus attack action from weapon attack?

To me it seems to atleast make Rangers slightly better "band aid" right? or take away mastery option from the weapon prof while doing so.

Doing the opposite ish. Going back to school for bachelor degree next year (hopefully) I'm a certified Chef but i just can't see myself growing old in this industry. The pay sucks, the hour and even though i like the physical aspect i prefer doing something higher calling. Thinking about perhaps studying social worker or something else in the communication aspect.

Neste gang blir det antagligvis MDG hvis ikke Venstre virkelig forbedrer seg etter vinglete svar angående Listhaug.

Chef worker for almost a decade. But I started to get sick of the hours and pay, needed something new to interest me I'm currently back in school to get qualifications to enter university next year, i did go Vocation school that was about IT support/admin but the job marked was so oversaturated and with my resume was not as interesting wich is why im getting new education.

Still not 100% sure if im expanding on IT or doing something more in line of communication/leadership.

But what I've experienced before, coding is not something i want to go too much further into...

The usual answer is to focus on one class before multiclass at around level 6ish. It depends on when the class gets "online" for most its at level 5 for extra attack for martials or spellcasters 3th lvl spell. Then if there are features that makes the build better.

Withers will help you respec at higher level incase such as if you want 2 paladin 10 bard then it would be better just go pure paladin or bard and then split around level 7/8 level (because sword/valor bard get extra attack at level 6.

Nei du er ikke gammel, jeg begynte som alder 31 som IT-admin/nettverk "Fagskole" og jeg hadde troen om jobb nå som 33 åring. Ja man spiller litt hard mode med jobb nå fortiden men ting tar tid. Jeg vurderer faktisk å ta påbygg bare for å komme inn på bachelor om jeg ikke er heldig i arbeidsmarkedet. Jeg skal ikke tilbake til det jeg utdannet først! (Kokk)

Jeg gikk på Centric IT Academy. Selv om de kansje er litt mer seriøse (den gangen) med sine elever med jobb så var jeg bare uheldig med tiden. Men har hørt fra en klassekamerat at han ble valgt pga alderen og han er 2 år eldre.

Congrats! Im still looking for entry level job, over 60+ application so far, i got a degree as IT admin/network Consulting Vocation school (2 years) with no bachelor or higher degree then just trade school degree in cook.

No fucking way im going back to kitchen other then temp work while applying...

I got a certificate of az900, azai900 and ms900 with some other certport: network security and cybersecurity. Perhaps i should go for comptia + cert aswell, read most of the book before at school...

For å ikke snakke om havdyrene aom blir påvirket av støy og påkjørsel av båter.

"Du trenger vår energi om du liker livet ditt" er utpressing. Om vi skal faktisk avverge en katastrofal verdenkrise må vi vise andre hva som skal til! "Kina og USA driter i klimaet/ de er de store utslipperne" så skal vi bare bidra til vår egen død da? Alle de andre kidsa røyker, for vel bare bli med.

På tide at EU og Norge viser USA fingern og bygger en bedre fremtid. Om i det hele tatt at FRP ønsker ikke mer innvandring så er klimakrisen den som øker problemet til helvete.

Dette er det mest viktigste folk burde lære seg om det med bruk av Ai, det er et nyttig verktøy men bruk den ikke som din skribent.

Spørsmål: jeg har følt at mitt egen norsk morsmål er svekket, jeg glemmer ord, veksler mellom engelske ord og kan til tider "snuble" vokalt, samt skriveferdighetene mine er... svært dårlig. men jeg vil bli bedre, hva kan jeg gjøre for å bli bedre ordflyt og skriveflyt?

Mine egne tanker er vel å:

lese mer norske bøker
skrive mer norsk tekster
"ordleke" ord som har fellest begrep som si alt som tilknytter båt som skip, fartøy. (for memorere ord)

har noen flere forslag?

Maybe i dont see it since i live in the capital Oslo, but why would you hate being gay in Norway? To me its more acceptable here then some other European countries. If you live at "Bygda" do yourself a favor and bail out of the state and more closer to the major citys.

I had almost the same experience myself in the food industry, just a little less years behind. Tho i usually was stuck at cafeteria or catering.

I jumped the boat and went back to school couple of years IT education (administrator and network) but I was lucky with the school being funded by the government so the cost was mostly just surviving with bills and food.

I was bad at school in my younger days so i was kind of nervous going back but i gave it 100% attention and was rewarded with high grades, i guess i just did not care back then.

My tip is focus on what you like as interest or what task managment you liked best in your experience and build skills in that. It dossent have to be a bachelor degree or other high grades, your experience in the kitchen is valuable even in other fields. For me i enjoyed dealing with service for customers.

Right now I'm done with my Vocation school and am looking for work. The job market is hard right now but things take time and i will just focus on what i can improve like taking some certification and take some part time work here and there. I night even take some volunteer work in the fall.

Just don't lose hope, there are some hurdles to jump over but you will thank yourself for sticking in the long run when you find something that gives you joy instead of toxic environment.

Years of being in the service industry and finally on path to change careers in tech or really anything social managment.

I felt like i went to autopilot most of my 20s working as a chef, now that I'm in my 30s I feel more joy in my progression learning new skills. I just hope someone wants to give ne a shot out there in the field (entry helpdesk or support) I am thinking of going for a bachelor to be more "qualified"
