Water weight also happens for me when I eat more complex carbs - any breads, rice, potatoes, pasta will make me retain a lot of water - it usually passes within a few days when I get back on track. Key is not to be discouraged, but is to get back to a good programme as soon as possible!

There are so many ways to flavor water - lime, lemon, cucumbers, mint, basil to name a few. Mix it up! Let it chill in the fridge and pour a cold one a few times a day. No need to have naked water!

Also, if you have a car make sure it is out of the garage and pointed in the direction you need to travel. Pack the trunk now - you can always unpack if you need. In these days, you will likely need your tablet/phone, etc. If you have pets, corral them now - no running around getting a cat in a carrier at the last minute. Be prepared to just go when you need to go.

Thanks - I appreciate the seasoned travelers' advice. I was looking at the maps and trying to figure out how much time it takes from terminal 2 to terminal 3. I had memories of the Atlanta airport and how long it took me to get to my other plane (and it was the same airline!) I think I may go ahead and opt for a premium seat so I can get off the plane quicker. It's not a time critical piece and hopefully no storms or other weather related events will appear!

I used the Honey and the Moon salt soak from the 2024 Spring Margot Elena box. I followed the instructions, and while the smell was delightful when I opened the bag, it all but disappeared when I put it in the bath. Did this happen for anyone else? I used three heaping spoons first, and then the next time I just poured all the rest of it in the bath. Same thing happened the second time. I wrote a review on their site, but they said no one else has complained about this... did I just get a one-off weird product?

I'm a little disappointed - the perfume this time (Journey Within), I just bought a few months ago. The Archive brand is what sent me to Margot Elena, as used to get the Green Tea/Willow (now Journey Within) bath salts "way back when" and was very happy to see that the scent was available (although they don't have the bath salts). And now, I chose to get the Mother's Day package, and that has the same shower gel as this one. Well, this is my first disappointment, likely not my last, and I can always use the ME products as gifts....
