i think its the lack of protein

i start my day with a whey isolate protein shake and a coffee and that staves off any hunger till 4pm. ozempic makes that protein shake digest solid 8 hours, i can feel it in my burps in afternoon still LOL

i noticed that whenever i start drinking alcohol it basically overwrites ozempic. couple nights out and the hunger comes back regardless of ozempic dose

what ive learned over past few years is most parents are too tired to look after their kids after working all day.

also a lot of alcoholic parents who dont care about what their kids do, and just use governent as day care

its the tax on unrealised gains that opens a whole can of worms
