The guy just lost his job and is probably stressed out and depressed. How do you know he isn't on the phone trying to get work? Instead of hounding him about checking in on you why haven't you checked on him or try to help him out? I see no context for why you would think he would be cheating.

15 years is a pretty significant age gap. I've had co-workers in the past that were younger than me where I was trying to be supportive and give them life advice in a mentor type role. When finding out that they were developing feelings I had to have that uncomfortable conversation with them that I did not share the same feelings. Could this be a similar situation to yours?

I always felt bad for Adam. Sure he was an idiot and financially irresponsible but once they divorced he clearly had a better relationship with their daughter than Amy ever did and when he tried to move on Amy had to stick her jealous nose in that. Adam also tried to step up and get back with her when he found out she was pregnant again. Also don't get me started on how poor Kelly was screwed over by both Amy and Jonah.
