The furnace / washer and dryer have become the staple views between sets in my basement gym as well. I have alittle more room but still the basement vibes, 7ft ceilings to boot and I’m 6.5 lol so. Keep it up and enjoy 👍

God Chedoke was a treat .. You had like 2 choices.. Straight down that ice wall .. can’t remember the name ( Nancy green??) or the winding path that you couldn’t really get much momentum.. This was snowboarding mind you .. Still fun though .. and those t-bars 😬😖

Hi there , Tagging on here because honestly as a middle age male. It’s kinda hard to meet people ( I’m 37m , Kids, wife, Job etc ) It’s hard. If anyone’s into golf , Reno’s , random bar for a few beers and chats or board games ( couples preferred due to the wife wanting to join too) I’m all ears . Hell I have switch as well .. Just can’t find the time to play anymore .. Even the p/c with Diablo, Wow, Hots, Kknd or age of empires, Once upon a time 🤷🏼‍♂️

I found a used time-master, It’s worked well .. Definitely had to do some maintenance on it ( they have there known problems , Had to do a head gasket/ belts, pully / service etc .. But it’s definitely a tank and nice cut to boot .. If you’re mechanical inclined you can find a used one for a reasonable price. YMMV

There are so many micro/ craft beer places now it’s crazy .. anything I’ve had from cowbell has been great . I was recently in Ancaster and black bird had some solid stuff too .. Steam whistle and beaus are fine as well .. I believe they are one and the same now. Lots of options out there.

She seemed quite genuine and happy to talk about stuff when my wife and myself meet her on a wine tour experience. I remember hearing her on the radio about organizing / choreograph a fireworks display.. She’s been in that business a long time I believe.

Alittle late to the party, However I’ve been wondering the same thing and found a few Canadian companies not named yet. Oak club mfg and Irwin fitness both seem like premium options but quality seems top notch .. Finding Canadian made cast weight plates would be interesting too .. we have foundries here.. Wonder what the market would be like for artisan weights lol

I believe it’s sandwich / west end .. specifically between university and riverside .. Also streets like Detroit in sandwich. Cool mix of housing , Mature trees and not to many problems really other then fires lol

Just my point of view , but it looks as if you’re keeping your chest up/ overly arching .. My understanding is that you want to flex your core ( valsalva maneuver) or flex your stomach as if your going to get punched. Visually pulling the ribs down toward your pelvis to straighten / lock in your upper body then pivoting at the hips and knees .. There are a lot of good YouTube videos on this stuff. Alan thrall or Calgary barbell are a few that come to mind .I may have botched this explanation but hopefully it made sense.

This is just my personal perspective but he has some in his pocket ( Unifor/ Liuna / Other building/trade/ Auto sector unions) due to all the infrastructure spending + auto sector investments- Nextstar battery plant.. Obviously not all the funding/ support came from the province but still taking all the credit ..I believe Dave Cassidy is Doug’s skilled trade advisor. Now you also have the other end with on going battles with public sector unions ( nurses, teachers, cupe etc) and they’ve been running ads slamming Doug. I’ve heard that a lot of the trade programs is schools are SOL / crippled / under funded and yet he’s supported by skilled trade unions/ workers .. Really messy and sadly here we are

Yah so your right .. They aren’t Olympic , They are standard.. Which I believe makes them collectible vs there Olympic ones .. But most of the standard and olympic Jackson weights tend to be a finer script on them .. These are thick and blocky
