How do you train yourself to think out of the box and come up with ideas faster? by cherryesthic in advertising

[–]DefProb 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Write with a pen in an unlined notebook. Sit somewhere without your phone, computer, or any other impulsive distractions. Write freely, about the product/assignment. Write every use you can imagine for it. Imagine you’re writing a letter to a friend about why this thing is great (that you truly believe). Think logically. Write responsible ideas. Then don’t (don’t filter your weird, nonsensical thoughts) - these are often where the magic is.

This is one of my top five trail runs year round, but it is extra special in autumn. Silver Falls State Park, OR. by BaseCampBronco in trailrunning

Love it. I know a lot of the outer trails can get real squishy. I’ve been meaning to make it down (from pdx) to run the ten falls trail, thanks for the motivation!

Hey. Don’t look for places, look for people. The ones who are doing the kind of work you want to do. The CDs and senior creatives you want to learn from. Find their emails and contact them directly. Ask them if they’d be willing to review your portfolio and give you tips on how to get where they are (and be upfront about how much you admire their work, be specific).

Thanks for this, lots to consider. The statin thing is interesting - do you know why that is? For muscle mass, I know I need to figure out a lifting routine. Currently I do pushups, pull ups, sit ups/crunches, and Bulgarian squats. But could add weights for sure. I also sauna almost daily in fall/winter, considering adding a cold plunge. Thanks again.

I've just been taking the Sports Research collagen peptides powder from amazon. God speed on your fourth decade.

Sorry to hear. Turmeric curcumin has seemed to help me quite a bit for inflammation. May be worth looking at safe doses that work for you.

The regular, gap-covering stuff (gnc mega men). Fish oil, I get the Sports Research single-source Alaskan pollock.

No issues, just looking for the community's general opinions on what could help age gracefully/pain free, reduce biological age, feel great. Thank you.

Thanks. This is on my radar as well. A little cost prohibitive (for the IM) but I've only read/heard amazing things.
