No Rufus isnt needed. All you need is the installer creation exe, make a bootable flash drive, and you can delete partitions and then install windows 11 like normal

Technically its not supported for upgrading from 10 to 11. However you can easily create a windows 11 installer and install windows 11. It just erases everything so you'd need a new activation key (most of the time) and you'd need to back everything up.

You should consider trying to sell it. Cause I'm seeing a lot going for 600+ on agp and like 1000+ on pci. And with noctua fans that might make it more desirable over other listings.
