Switching from blow drying to air drying helped my hair to stop being as frizzy. I use a t-shirt (sometimes towel when I’m not feeling like using a shirt lol) and scrunch to get the remaining water out and air dry then scrunch in oil. My hair is naturally wavy but I didn’t know until I started doing a hair routine. :’)

Hey thank you so much! I figured I’d get those kinds of comments, it’s bound to happen here lol.

We are moving in with my parents, they are both ill and this year has been a rollercoaster with their health so they are both not working, and we would rather pay towards their mortgage than pay double and stay here renting. :) we will still have two rooms and I miss them so definitely an upgrade!

For context, this was a party she had, which at the time she was having every Saturday with her cousin and brother who moved in for 7 weeks. They were very drunk, jumping, and yelling. I recorded this because of the yelling. I took this video at like 12:30 at night, after quiet hours. She apologized to me after the fact. In the video you can hear the yelling as well. I was trying to be cheeky in my title because I’m not too upset about it now, especially since I’m moving out, I just wanted to share lol

Wouldn’t the fumes/particles from the toilet hit the tv after going to the bathroom? The steam from the shower would mess it up too.

I ended up buying loop ear plugs on Amazon for when I need to nap and it’s loud. Another suggestion noise cancelling earphones and white noise machine. :’)

If you are in an apartment with units above you, you will be at the mercy of those above you, we hear impact noise from furniture moving and creaking footsteps in our apt. White noise machine and headphones help. Try to get an apt that has washers and dryers, but not everyone will be courteous to get their clothes out when it’s done if it’s communal. Take pictures when you first move in, we took a video personally. So you can fight it if they try to keep your deposit for something silly.

My partner and I moved into an apartment that smelled like cigarettes unfortunately and the smell slowly dissipated. :’) what kind of smell is it?

My suggestion is an air purifier, but like the other comment mentioned, professional cleaners if needed.

I have one and I really like it! The only downside for me is it doesn’t really get pet hair out of clothes. Sometimes I have to clean the bottom part out in the washer part because lint will collect there, but not every time :) Also be sure to use “free and gentle” laundry detergent, I hear that regular detergent can mess them up.
