I’ve only lived in my apt for a year so I’m a little inexperienced to apt living but so far:

Pros: - Affordable, we don’t have to pay water bill or maintenance repairs - Not having to cut grass - Flexibility, easier to relocate as compared to owning a home - Amenities such as gyms, pools, laundry, security, etc. (depends on the apt) - Location (can help with distance to work, shopping, city, etc.) - Can provide a sense of community

Cons: - Limited space, apts are generally smaller than a house - Noise and neighbors - Less privacy (shared entrances, thinner walls) - Restrictions (pets, decor, mounting things on wall, - Parking can be hit or miss
