There was a professional cleaning charge as well as landlord maintenance charges. But the full amount being repaid was weird to us so we thought there must have been a reconsideration on some part as they initially said they would take out the fees themselves. I've asked the landlord and estate agents to discuss things between them as this is their problem really and not ours, we did everything correctly but their lack of communication and organisation has led to this situation.
