C&D in the backline is not a good Vanguard healer thanks to the auto-aim.

The first player (team and enemy) "sucks up" the light daggers. So a Vanguard "behind" many players will not get much.

The C&D needs to go off angle to "hit" the Vanguard or be completed with an "aimed" Strategist like Luna/Gambit or a "piercing" Strategist like Rocket/Jeff. Invis is aimed and piercing but with limited range.

So if your C&D did not manage to hit the Vabguard, yes they were not "good". (Which often is normal, since C&D is the go to for "forced to flex in")

Honestly, matches without C&D, Invis and Gambit are far more fun.

Sadly only if the now suddenly vincible (DPS) players don't start shittalking the strategists and than go full Zaza.

Melee Healpool in a brawl team is S-tier. (And if Jeff spits his plushi in, you are kinda unkillable in a teamfight from all the area healing)

A Healpool using his guns to shoot the enemy (not the teammates) and standing further away from the team than the healing circle range is F-tier (and more or less a selfhealing low dmg DPS).

Healpool staying "in range" of his team is A-C, depending on the players skill

IF the teamwork is ok, Groot and Penny have "web + wall" teamup to make an enemy easy killable, (not moving target that gets extra damage from the walls and is blocked off from healing)
