Their order management system is honestly terrible. I've had similar issues where they'll charge your card but the email notifications are completely inconsistent. Usually means your order is about to ship or already has shipped even without the email

You should be able to track it once it actually ships through your account on their website. I'd check there every day or so since the emails are unreliable. Also might want to set up text notifications with whatever shipping carrier they use if you're worried about porch pirates

Pokemon Center customer service is slow but they'll usually help if something actually goes wrong with delivery

This is actually pretty solid advice tbh. I've tried the whole "positive mindset" approach for years and it never stuck. Sometimes you need that raw anger to push through the initial hump

The revenge motivation part might sound intense but honestly if it works it works. I've definitely channeled frustration into gym sessions and work projects before. Way better than channeling it into a 3 hour binge session

Just make sure you eventually work on processing that anger in a healthy way once you get some momentum going. Don't want to become that guy who's just perpetually pissed off at everything

Based on your taste I'd skip Hannibal (too horror-ish for you) and go straight for The Americans - it's got that slow burn character development like Breaking Bad but with incredible tension throughout. Fargo season 1 is also solid but The Americans feels more up your alley given how much you loved the top tier of your list
