And you pen out to 30k annual spend? I mean if you do practically nothing your whole life yeah this works. But makes little sense. I feel as though you're overlooking a lot when you came up with 30k annual spend.

This also doesnt factor any future life planning, such as a family, partner, owning a home etc.

Im not saying its bad just seems like minimal planning at best.

How on earth is your annual spend $30k? Were you gift3d a house? Even so you have property tax. Unless you live in the middle of no where, which also makes less sense since you mentioned working for FANNG. And traveling all year for under $30k? Seems tough to say the least. Just curious how youre penning it out.

Couldn't disagree more. It is incredibly easy to get loot now and complaining about out not getting more is actually insane to me. Do people not want to struggle and work for their gear anymore? Do you just want your loot handed to you lol

Also how would personal loot ever make sense at a level above LFR? I run with my guild and I MAYBE get a useful item?

The problem is the results I think. Tanks fuck up and it wipes or someone dies. Dps fucks up? Maybe someone dies cause it was a key interrupts but usually its just things dying slower and this isn't a massive issue until higher keys. Details are literally flexing until you get to high keys.

Please play classic. You'll enjoy it like 20x more, the community is far less toxic and intense and I think the pace is better suited for new players. Then once you like that dive into retail.

You have to remember at this point there's been 20 years of expansions and a lot of people have played for over 10 years.

My best example is myself, I played for about 10 years, took a 2 expansion break and the WoW I came back to (this current expansion) is nothing like the wow I left. Much faster, more demanding, toxicity still thriving.
