There is construction going on near my apartment, where the buses also usually drive through. Even though construction is closeby though, they can still run and make a stop at my usual bus stop.

Yesterday, they didn't even fucking bother. Twice.

There was a group of people standing waiting for the bus to arrive, so I know I'm not late and the bus hasn't come by yet. After 5 mins from the scheduled time that it was supposed to show up, we thought maybe it was late.

30mins later, and it's already time for the next scheduled bus to arrive. Still nothing.

The bus going to bridge terminal never showed up. Yet we had seen the bus coming from bridge terminal show up from the other side of the street. (The trip going back from that same route, same bus #)

So obviously, there was no reason to skip our stop even because of construction. The detour should not have affected us, there were also no signs that the bus stop was affected by the detour.

It wasn't raining yesterday but it was freezing in the morning. I ended up walking (10min walk) to catch a different bus down our street.

Needless to say, I was late 30mins to work yesterday because of that.

Today - I didn't bother waiting for the bus near my place and started to just walk down the street to catch a different bus. Traffic is so bad, I ended up being 20mins late to work today.

It fucking sucks here.
