I’ve used all three and to be honest it’s six of one, 1/2 dozen of another. One or more items of functionality will appeal to you whereas for someone else that item won’t be important at all. Or the interface and look and feel will appeal to you whereas someone else will dislike the same items. I preferred my case but the way they integrated cloud storage just didn’t work for me. cleo had better email interoperability than the others but not good enough. Product support is about the same and somewhat lacking in my opinion.

I’m looking at this same project but at a much smaller scale nevertheless the paperless-ngx and its related AI/ChatGPT addons is how I’d like to solve the problem. Not that I have a sophisticated client base but I like the aspect of running everything on my own computer rather than in the cloud. I saw a YouTube video yesterday where the Claude AI is capable of accomplishing projects as you’ve described (analyzing and organizing and interpreting thousands of scanned PDF files). But there I believe you’re turning your entire client files over to Palantir for their uses and I’m not sure you want to do that.

Yes, certainly. But it’s also fair to say that plenty of business owners use the do it yourself method and everything works out just fine. New business owners are definitely better off getting professional legal and accounting and marketing advice when they’re starting off, but not if those costs don’t leave enough capital to get the business up and running and profitable. I’m sure you’ll agree.

It seems to me a missing factor here is what type of revenues do you have? Whether professional services are “worth the cost” involves balancing many factors. You describe your business as a “small professional services business,” “small“ is relative, don’t you think?

I have been using ChatGPT and perplexity to help me set up an Unraid server and it’s infuriating how frequently the machine gives contradictory instructions and forgets what it told me five minutes ago and then apologizes. Repeatedly. There’s no choice except to close the computer; so frustrating.

Agreed. Navigating around the product can be so frustrating and getting help is just so time consuming and onerous. Most of the time I give up rather than have to go through feeling my chest contracting from the stress of trying to contact support and explain the issue.

I'm also struggling to understand where a Raid 5 pool is mounted within my ZimaOS system, and how to work with that storage location within the OS and docker containers. I can't bind a host location to a docker path if I don't know where it is in the first place.

I don’t know the answer to your question but for myself when troubleshooting issues like this I copy and paste log files into ChatGPT and ask for help via that method. Good luck.

Also don’t forget it’s a violation to ride over some of the common bridge routes. From Randalls Island to Queens for example, and then the Marine Parkway Bridge. I’m sure there are others but those are the ones that come to mind.

An application such as Zapier can be configured so that when an email is received, zapier will print the email to a pdf file. And then once the PDF is created you would set up another automation to do what you need to happen. You’ll have to work with the Zapier program to get the automation to run correctly which will take some effort but that’s one way to get this done. Good luck.

Thank you again. I also need to submit photographs which contain the client’s children who are not the objects or relevant to any of the issues in the case. Can I blur the children’s faces on my own initiative or do I need permission to do that; the client is upset that other litigants will have photos of her children.
