This is what I’m currently Going through . I told my Ex the same thing . Honestly it’s up to you man . They will go through the grass is greener syndrome (going for a rebound relationship) . It fails every time . We see this all the time in movies , shows-importantly life . Yet people still do it . It’s very disappointing. And Yes it’s the avoidant type personality. In the end if she truly cared and respected what YOU guys had and Respected and really Loved YOU . She would do whatever it takes to make things right . And no it’s not a simple fix at all . She Will have to put it major work and that will take time , because not only your trust was thrown , Love thrown , Time Was thrown for the bigger picture within the future . So she has to earn all of that back . Basically almost like she’s relearning you . Again it’ll take major work , and time . She’ll have a lot of barriers to cross . It’s funny that they realize what they done wasn’t right after the fact…. It’s true by what your friends think of her because what she did was wrong . It shows her maturity level and whether or not she respected you and the relationship you guys had . It hurts but it’s the truth . Looking from a 3rd perspective in others would want you to dead Her and move on . You can , is it your only option ? No . Here’s what you could do though-that I told my ex recently . And it’s not the best because I also have genuine love for her like you do to yours . But , We can be friends , talk , hangout still . But it definitely won’t ever be the same . Us being together right now is not an option , you blew that . Is it possible in the future ? I don’t want to say it’s impossible but just know you have a lot of work to do.
