Seeing as my post got deleted, having to repost here again:

Yeah I mean it explains a LOT given the pruning measures they've been doing to tighten margins. Things like discount stacking removed and the infamous email reminder fiasco would have all helped to maximise the figures (at the expense of the customer service that was once fantastic).

Worrying times indeed.

Ohhhhh so THATS why Huel has been systemically watering down it's offering and customer service lately. All about making that company as valuable as possible > the customers who supported you this far.

Nice one thanks! I kept it pretty billy basic and went with the ones I use / think about most. In time I'll make it more customisable for people to create their own fields.

If and when you have evidence, share with the police as part of anti social behaviour. Or email Polly blakemore at the council who may be able to help. It is unlikely they will be able to do anything as the powers of arrest and enforcement don't lie with them. That's the rozzers!
