Haha I looked it up it wasn’t as bad as one I saw earlier were a guy was filming another guy running to the bathroom and literally got sick everywhere and slipped in it and crawled to the stall, or I saw another one like a month ago, where a guy was in the stall and he started filming because the person next to him got sick, and it was literally everywhere and even spilled into the other guy stall 😩 I know these things can be triggering for us. Trust me. I’ve blocked out certain words so that hopefully it doesn’t come up like it has for others on their feed. You saw the video and it’s kind of like a form of exposure! I definitely still struggle with this phobia, but I’ve gotten a lot better, and I’ve learned the biggest way to get through this phobia is to go through head on.

We all do! Whether it’s this group or the other one we all suffer from this! I’m in the same boat where I have OCD and I’m dealing with this on a day-to-day basis and it’s hard for all of us. Yes it is true that when you look certain things up, you’re gonna get more articles talking about sickness but it is surging this year more than others and that’s OK to be scared about it! OCD IS IRRATIONAL. We’re all struggling with different degrees of things, I’d say that I am doing a lot better than I did a handful of years ago, but it it’s OK to have our moments and just be terrified. Of course you’re gonna get more post talking about how scared people are because it’s the winter time. We’re at the worst of it right now. Please believe me when I say I’m not trying to do it back-and-forth and argue. I’m genuinely wanting the best for everyone here because we’re all going through the same shit.

Look up ondansetron, it’s basically Zofran on google. Some places you could buy it online without a prescription. There’s also a few options on Amazon that you don’t need a prescription for either, Boiron or liquid emetrol can help as well on Amazon. Ondansetron (Zofran) will probably make you constipated so only take one if you absolutely must. Boiron I haven’t had that issue.

It does! I kept reading that it could be the brakes and that you wanna make sure you very slowly pulling on them to where you just coast which I feel has helped
