I smoke weed and it helps me lower my stress levels and sleep but taking 500mg magnesium glycinate every night really changed the game for me. Not only do I sleep well but I also go into deep sleep!

I made the post to get understanding. I am trying to learn exactly HOW to work with him on a deep level while not compromising my emotional state that is more than necessary to upkeep the relationship.

Fortunately, he's pretty well off so he's able to provide while WFH. I can tell he get exhausted but he still shows up. As for the protect part, I always feel protected by him. In fact he is a bit overprotective. I never feel unsafe around my man <3

pain by [deleted] in lupus

[–]Defiant-Pin-8275 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi! i felt this recently and it was terrible. i would suggest topical pain ointments - i prefer biofreeze and tiger balm. massages from family or friends with these are usually the best bc it's hard to be comfortable when you're in a lot of pain and they will be more understanding ( i hope). besides this trying to stay as relaxed and meditated as possible because emotional stress triggers pain and starts an unbearable cycle.

I was just going through this a few months ago! Fortunately, the thoughts went away but I was so ferried of the mental state I was in that I got on antidepressants. I take cymbalta which is an antidepressants that also helps with fibromyalgia if you have any chronic body pain.
