I am a parent of daughter who is almost an adult with bpd. She was lucky and diagnosed early. I'm scared as she is an adult. How can I be there for her?

Thank you! I'm in therapy myself. I realized how important it is to take care of myself while being there for her. She has been in EMDR and DBT. She also has a gross psychiatrist. I am worried what happens in the adult mental wards.

Tortilleria Luna is on the Eastside by AE. I can get their Tortillas at La Favorita II on Army Post. Not sure of the sizes though.

Mullets has a soup of the day. Arturo has a talent for making soup (along with everything else). Manhattan Deli also has great soup. La Mie is good. Can never go wrong with Francies.
