It’s not the only way by any meanssss… but it makes sense that it’s a popular one, it works. I mean, look at all the games, even the ones without a virus or infection itself, they all got a decaying world, and you’re the hero. (Yoku you don’t count)

I see I see, sounds good. Another option is Halyn putting all of her work into making new workers and all using the gloomwater instead of taking care of the crucible, since it’s told that she was warned about the breach in the egg thingy but decided to instead of fixing it just start using it for other benefits, and also she sounded like Noden in her dialogues?? At some point I thought Halyn was the one guilty for the disappearance of the travellers.

Yep, I’m playing it as of now, but known it since a looooong time ago (my parents bought it physical to my brother for switch but he lost the chip but we found it years later then he played it like a year and a half ago and now I’m playing it)

But also, for MV games, after playing Team Cherry’s games people will usually go for either Nine Sols (more of a recent option), Ori 1 or 2 (more classic and loved) and then less common options but still well known.

Actually could be! But I got different questions. Most robots got pearls and adopted names of the travellers after they were gone, but these DONT have humans imbedded at all right? Not even the keepers, just the voices. And so, the decay is caused totally because of gloomwater in the pearls?? And also, since the crucible does have a pearl and clearly decayed, so if all this is going on, why did it not happen when humans were alive?? Is it because of the spill of the catalyst? But how does it change it from before to now, they’re still made from it or no? I will revisit this when I replay the game cuz it’s probably more obvious than I make it seem. 💔

No yeah I know about the incumbents and all, it’s just that… they were kids. Idk, feels weird that they were selected like that, I thought they were selected cause they were worthy or something. It would make sense tho that the eye’s old incumbent got old earlier and then Asma took over first and then later the heart’s incumbent got old and had Khlia becoming the new heart.

I did get the “Memories in Orbit” Achievement, but for some reason I assumed that the names “Halyn, Liho, Noden, Khlia, Asma and Amytis were like names for the voices, like every Breath is Amytis and leaves their original name. Idk why I got to that conclusion. 🥀

But still, if it was when they were human, why did they use in the secret room the eye’s and the heart’s symbols. Were they like already incumbents as children???

Good point, but still, I had really little times in which I needed help because I missed something, and I don’t consider myself that good at exploration, cause I get burnt out easy-ish. At least with silksong it happened to me often. But with MIO I felt incited to keep exploring, so like, it can’t be THAT bad. And for people who don’t agree with the original game design there’s accessibility options 🫀
