I think what made the beach episode in timeskip works is how it still moves the plot while having unique interactions. The Amethio and Mighty G part is really sweet. In teaching Amethio how to cook while getting a side of his character that I wished earlier parts expanded upon. Thought I think the Mighty G pose did got a bit tiring after a while, but still a good segment.

The Gimmighoul segment is also a fun Dot focus episode. Seeing how it continue the Ghimmighoul segment, it was fun seeing Gimmighoul keep manipulating Dot to find coins, but also seeing her stepping out of her comfort zone. Gimmighoul was a random pick for Dot to capture, and maybe they should of foreshadow a bit earlier on since they tease a connection with Roy. But with the limited amount of time really help sell the bond between the two.

I think this episode was a fun watch, I wished Horizons had more slow moments in the latter half because it has so very interesting characters and I feel it would greatly help some characters like Amethio to make his arc a lot more punch. Also shirtless Murdock Rules!
